Over the last eleven years, I have planned and coordinated over 400 weddings right here in San Diego. As the director of weddings at four San Diego area hotels and resorts, I worked closely with hundreds of brides and grooms planning each wedding according to the couple's specific needs and styles.

 

During this time, I noticed an overwhelming need for every bride to have a "day-of" coordinator -  a personal assistant who will handle all of your details while you enjoy your wedding day.

 

So, I started Kelly Instone Weddings in order to focus on executing the plans you as the bride have already made as your personal wedding day assistant.

 

I am also a very proud wife and mother of three of the cutest kids in the world (IMHO).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

COURTNEY - Wedding Coordinator

Organized, punctual, reliable, friendly, patient, energetic, hard working, detail orientated…always one step ahead.

 

Courtney was born and raised in beautiful San Diego and graduated from Cal State San Marcos.

 

She had worked for several restaurants and catering companies as well as planned and coordinated  private events and weddings prior to joining K I Weddings.

Now, we couldn't function without her. She has done over a dozen weddings. Every single one LOVES her! She has the creative edge in our company and was born to handle details. 

 

Courtney has been with me since the beginning and she is simply priceless.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SHARON - Wedding Coordinator

Sharon has worked in hospitality for more than 10 years and coordinated hundreds of weddings, events, and meetings.  She is a SDSU graduate with a Bachelor’s in Integrated Marketing Communications.  She was born and raised in San Diego.  She enjoys being with family and friends, her dog, tennis, softball, volunteering, and planning events!  She is a great communicator, detail oriented, friendly, fun, creative, and passionate. 

 

She loves weddings and events.  She feels privileged to be a part of a couple’s most important day. 

 

I first met Sharon when we were both Catering Managers at different resorts. Then, we both became Mommies. Now we do this together.
